Animals may be used for scientific research, disease diagnosis, production of drugs or biological products, and other similar purposes, when target activity can be achieved by other means not involving the use of animals.

The reason of these laws, and purpose.
this law came from the need to protect certian species of animals at the way the ground disappearance of excesisve hunting such animals often mere pleasure not only for a particular purpose, but all this time a law has been completed along in time. Depending on the concerns raised by animal lovers, enviromentalists, bringing subseqent animal protection laws by countries that have the same wording adoptated contains only small fluctuating regulation comform each state. at present the law is not precise enoung because it provides about 80% of the demands of growth outside the demands of growth outside the natural environment of animal species, but times like this is quite complex and only like to state that if respected by keeper means that these animals lead a life almost perfect.
