Article 19
The animals will be subjected to unnecessary suffering if cutting or killing.
Article 20
Slaughter animals will be in compliance with specific legal provisions in force.
Article 21
The provisions of Art. 20 does not apply to animals, due to accident or illness, should be cut or killed immediately.

The reason of these laws, and purpose.
this law came from the need to protect certian species of animals at the way the ground disappearance of excesisve hunting such animals often mere pleasure not only for a particular purpose, but all this time a law has been completed along in time. Depending on the concerns raised by animal lovers, enviromentalists, bringing subseqent animal protection laws by countries that have the same wording adoptated contains only small fluctuating regulation comform each state. at present the law is not precise enoung because it provides about 80% of the demands of growth outside the demands of growth outside the natural environment of animal species, but times like this is quite complex and only like to state that if respected by keeper means that these animals lead a life almost perfect.
