Chapter III - Terms of trade in animals, animal transport, and their use for advertising, performances, exhibitions, competitions and similar events.
Article 13
National Authority for Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety, for reasons of animal protection and conservation of animal species existing in the country, may impose certain conditions and limit or prohibit the import, export, transit and trade in animals, considering the EU regulations.
Article 14
(1) Carriers are required to carry animals under appropriate conditions, depending on species, sex, age, type of production to avoid injury or exhaustion of their physical.
(2) Conditions on animal transport is established by order of President of the National Authority for Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety.
Article 15
Animals may be used for advertising purposes, performances, exhibitions, competitions or other similar event only if:
a) organizer ensure conditions provided at art. 5;
b) health and welfare are not endangered.
Article 16
During competitions or at other times it is forbidden to administer animal substances or be subject to procedures to increase or decrease the natural level of performance.

The reason of these laws, and purpose.
this law came from the need to protect certian species of animals at the way the ground disappearance of excesisve hunting such animals often mere pleasure not only for a particular purpose, but all this time a law has been completed along in time. Depending on the concerns raised by animal lovers, enviromentalists, bringing subseqent animal protection laws by countries that have the same wording adoptated contains only small fluctuating regulation comform each state. at present the law is not precise enoung because it provides about 80% of the demands of growth outside the demands of growth outside the natural environment of animal species, but times like this is quite complex and only like to state that if respected by keeper means that these animals lead a life almost perfect.
