Chapter II - Conditions of animal ownership.

Article 9
(1) Keepers can own wild animals, by law, only if authorized by the direction of veterinary and food safety county.
(2) Conditions on owning wild animals is established by order of the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development on a proposal from the National Authority for Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety.

Article 10
(1) The owners of animals are required to properly care and treat a sick or injured animal.
(2) The animal health may have cut or killed by the case of a sick or injured animals, to relieve physical and mental suffering unnecessary under the conditions set by order of the president of the National Authority for Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety.
(3) Paragraph.
(1) and (2) does not apply to animals used for scientific or other experiments.
Article 11
Keepers who selects an animal for breeding are required to respect the characteristics anatomy, physiology and behavior of the species and breed, so do not be compromised performance, health and welfare of offspring.

Article 12
The person who contributes to the training of an animal has the obligation to use means of training which does not cause physical or mental trauma, and use methods that do not adversely affect animal health or welfare.
