Article 26
(1) The National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority and Ministry of Interior, through authorized bodies, monitor implementation of this law.
(2) To fulfill this law, persons authorized, under duties of the National Authority for Sanitary Veterinary and Food and the Ministry of Interior have access to buildings, shelters and other places where animals are kept and the right to request any information and documents necessary to review and take samples for laboratory research and analysis.
(3) In case where animals are kept is at the residence of animal owners, access persons provided under par.(2) in this region is done with the owner. In the absence of agreement, the owner of the animal has the obligation to prove compliance with art. 5.
Article 27
The orders provided for in Art. 8 para.(2), Art. 9 para.(2), Art. 10 para.(2) and art. 14 para. (2) shall be issued within 6 months from the date of publication of this law in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.
Article 28
This law comes into force 10 days after publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.

The reason of these laws, and purpose.
this law came from the need to protect certian species of animals at the way the ground disappearance of excesisve hunting such animals often mere pleasure not only for a particular purpose, but all this time a law has been completed along in time. Depending on the concerns raised by animal lovers, enviromentalists, bringing subseqent animal protection laws by countries that have the same wording adoptated contains only small fluctuating regulation comform each state. at present the law is not precise enoung because it provides about 80% of the demands of growth outside the demands of growth outside the natural environment of animal species, but times like this is quite complex and only like to state that if respected by keeper means that these animals lead a life almost perfect.
